Ensuring Tray support ring levelness as per IFC.

Carrying out Tray mokeup inspection .

Installation of trays by ensuring its levelness, orientation, flow direction, bolts tightening.

Releasing the Equipment for pocket grouting and ensuring the curing period.

Carrying out the leveling work of equipments by using master level as per API Standard.

Carrying out the dial gauge alignment (Rim & Face / Reverse/ Laser) at uncoupled condition and offering QC Inspection.

Releasing the Equipment for final grouting and ensuring its curing period.

Anchor bolt tightening & releasing the equipment for motor uncoupled solo run.

Carrying out the final alignment (Rim & Face / Reverse/ Laser) and ensuring the limit is within its tolerance as per API Standard.

Carrying out flange parallelism, pipe strain on suction and discharge nozzle of pumps, compressors.

Gasket, Bolt Nut & Torqueing on the flange.

After internal final alignment inspection, offering for QC inspection.

Releasing the pump for motor run –coupled condition and record the data.

Witness for the lubrication oil filling on the Rotary equipments.

Preparing of construction punch list on the Rotary equipments and closing it.

Releasing the equipments for insulation work (if necessary).

Witness for the final acceptance inspection of pumps, Draft Fans and compressor, prior to commissioning.

TANKS:

Receiving of Bottom plates, shell plates, roof plates, Flanges, Pipes, External attachments etc.

Ensure that the foundation is on coordinates as per plan prior for equipment installation.

Layout verification before starting installation of bottom plates.

Fit-up of bottom plates and releasing for welding works after QC inspection.

Carrying out Step by step installation for shells and releasing for welding works after QC inspection

Monitoring the peaking, banding, plumpness, ovality should be within tolerance.

Fit-up of nozzle pipes, flanges, external attachments (staircase brackets, ladders, manway platforms) and releasing for welding works after QC inspection

Ensuring the provided supports near welding areas before releasing for welding activity.

Responsible for Penetrant Oil Test, Pneumatic Test, Vacuum Box Test, Hydro test.

Offing for NDT Inspection as per the project requirement.

Anchor bolt tightening of tanks to be done.

Carrying out Final dimensional inspection of tank and raise punch from construction side.

After closing construction punches offering for client inspection.

Witness for client’s Final dimensional inspection inspection and closing of punches issued by client.

Internal Cleaning of tank before water filling.

Witness for hydrostatic test ( survey reading for 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% of water filling).

Final Internal Cleaning of tank after completion of hydro test.
