ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
County Commission of Jefferson County, WV / 2009 - 2010
As Jefferson County’s only Zoning Administrator, I interpreted and administered land use ordinances. I determined the zoning compliance of all proposed development, proposed amendments to the land use ordinances, and defended decisions in front of the Board of Appeals and the Planning Commission. I often engaged in educating County staff, Commission members, and the public on current land use issues.
