• Erection of mill feed & discharge end trunnion assembly for two 100 TPH ball mills.

• Scrapping & blue matching of white metal liner with main bearing assembly & installation of the same.

• Installation & alignment work of helical girth gear and pinion (module=25)

• Installation of Intermediate & outlet diaphragm as well as mill body liners along with torque tightening of bolts (M/s AIA engineering, Ahmedabad)

• Erection & commissioning of reversible hammer impact crusher (Elecon-100 TPH) for two ball mills.

• Erection of Fls Ventomatic Rotopacker (120TPH, 2400 bags at a fill weight of 50 kg max.) & Packing plant equipment like belt conveyors, vibrating screen etc.

• Fabrication & Erection of Heavy structures (Plate girders columns, Beams, & truss etc.) in cement silos & mill circuit.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring 100% implementation of LOTOTO system, proper use of PPE’s & identification of unsafe areas in respective section.

• Encouraging behavioral safety by conducting tool-box talks, providing on job training to workmen & risk assessment.

• Proper housekeeping and condition based monitoring of all equipments as per plant maintenance module.

• Maintaining Proper equipment history & notification generation in SAP & why-why analysis of break-down.

• Supervision of day-to-day fabrication and erection activities which includes process of gas cutting welding and grinding etc.

• Responsibility of manpower control as well as maintenance cost by developing in house spares.

• Timely inspection of received materials, procurement & follow-up of necessary spares & inventory control.
