RESPONSABILITIES:
Coordinate with the Bid Manager and / or Project Manager to analyse the site conditions along with identification of major risks
To coordinate with project related disciplines (electrical/mechanical) and vendors for required input/data to get the civil base and detailed design done.
To coordinate with design contractor for submission of project drawings as per site execution priority through timely planning.
To facilitate Site team for any design/drawings related issues as per Project technical specifications.
To facilitate procurement team for finalizing the civil related POs/Contracts.
Coordination with structural manufacturer for proto drawings, inspections etc. (Hollow metal doors, precast hollow core slabs and boundary wall panels, steel structures, overhead cranes, etc.)
Facilitate in identification and finalization of civil contractors (earth works, concrete works, steel works, self-levelling, water proofing, asphalting, tiling, false ceiling, raised flooring, painting, block work etc.)
Facilitate in selection and inspection of civil works material (pumps, door hardware, raised floor, steel, concrete, plywood, timber, etc.)
