Led a team of 24 staff members to provide all IT services to the company.
Successfully implemented SAP system. The history of the IT projects was not good in the company as Maximo was implemented took 5 years and Oracle Apps took 3 years in implementation. In addition to that Pipeline and Oil Refinery were having separate instances and different versions of Maximo. SAP was implemented in 1 year. Pipeline and refinery business processes were synchronized, and all the modules were integrated to facilitate information flow within SAP and non-SAP systems.
Saved almost 20% of the cost by rationalizing the number of SAP users and hardware requirements.
