Led a team of 6 consultants and provided SAP post implementation support to the client.

Successfully led the team in reimplementation of SAP Production Planning, Product costing to help client in product costing and identification of production variances and the reason for variance. Team up with functional consultant and developed BBP for CO-PC, CO-PA.

Successfully implemented SAP Finance and Human Resource Capital modules for an Insurance company. The real challenge was mapping of organization structure in SAP and allocation of expenses to various insurance practices and interfacing of SAP with PentaSoft insurance software.

Mediated between the Finance and IT department of a client concerning the re-implementation of a new chart of account in SAP. Studied the new and existing chart of accounts, quantify the cost and benefits of both alternates. Led a team of 24 staff members to provide all IT services to the company.

Successfully implemented SAP system. The history of the IT projects was not good in the company as Maximo was implemented took 5 years and Oracle Apps took 3 years in implementation. In addition to that Pipeline and Oil Refinery were having separate instances and different versions of Maximo. SAP was implemented in 1 year. Pipeline and refinery business processes were synchronized, and all the modules were integrated to facilitate information flow within SAP and non-SAP systems.

Saved almost 20% of the cost by rationalizing the number of SAP users and hardware requirements.
