July 13 2020- Present BHI Energy Services

Title- Site Safety Representative

Duties Include: Site safety overview for BHI employees at the Urenco Nuclear Enrichment facility plant. Conduct new hire training for New BHI employees. Join on Site Safety Committee with Urenco. Review and reinsure that BHI is in compliance with all new and revised Urenco Policies. Coordinate with any 3RD party companies with will be working with us on site. To insure they have all necessary training to work on a nuclear site and will follow all New Mexico and site COVID safety protocols. Build and Conduct monthly Safety Meetings for BHI staff. Join and participate in on prejob and post job meetings daily. Share with personal the weekly newsletter and share any safety alerts from corporate BHI and Urenco to personnel. Keep up and assign training for employees. Coordinate with Urenco Training department to meet onsite training requirements. Work together with plant safety and corporate safety, planners and managers to build work packets for jobs. Conduct safety audits in the fields and building audits throughout the site. Manage the HazCom program for BHI on site. Manage my Safety Budget for PPE and other safety equipment needed by employees. Conduct investigations on accident and incidents on and off site reguarding BHI employees. November 2018- February 2020 Safety Consultant Standard Safety for Anadarko/ OXY/ Western Midstream out of Kermit Texas

Title- HSE Safety consultant for the Mentone and Ramsey gas plants

Duties Include: Working alongside with HSE personal enforce safe work practices and procedures for both Anadarko and 3rd party personal onsite. Conduct safety audits in the field and report findings. Handle SIMOPS operations in the Mentone plant due to heavy construction onsite. Support operations team in the processing facility. Assist HSE management with cause maps and incident report and findings. Manage and control inventory at both plants for PPE equipment. Follow through with all monthly, biyearly, and yearly Inspections on FX, Eyewash stations and Safety Showers. Schedule 3rd party Training for operations and assist in conducting Monthly Safety meeting and Quarterly Safety Fairs with HSE Manager. Oversee Hazardous and Critical work conducted in the facilities both for Construction and Operations personal. Enter observations, near miss and incidents into Insider network.

January 2018- November 2018 Safety Consultant Standard Safety for Apache Corporation Pecos Texas

Title- Site Safety Consultant, Construction Supervisor, Facilities Coordinator

Duties Include: Working with general contractor on constructions projects which include the Apache Midstream Building, Warehouse and Shop buildings. Over viewing constructions project operations. Also on these construction project I over seen Safety operations. Ensuring all personal working on projects worked under OSHA constructions laws and Apache safety standards. I conducted a safety report after each day of work. Also coordinate with the Apache man camp operations setting up with our 3rd party companies in installing septic, electrical, water, and the delivery and placing of new skids that were brought in to the facility. Maintain and coordinate operations on the Apache 50 acre yard in Pecos TX and the Wink TX yard. I also work close with all plant operators to ensure all building at the plants are in working operations and coordinating 3rd party contractors when there were issues. Also I oversee the pool vehicles that are assigned to me and my department. Ensure they stay in working operations and signing out trucks to Apache personal when needed. Help and assist with any operations or task that are brought to me out of the NAUR division. Sign and files invoices for all operations out of my department for yard and field operations.

March 20, 2017- December 2017 Standard Safety

Title- Site Safety Representative. Duties Include: Working in both the field operations and job sites. I worked with Cimarex in Hobbs, NM area. Over seeing safety procedures for 3rd party company. I enforced company policies and procedures. I helped 3rd party company on their JSA writing and understanding Safety requirements. From there I began to work with Apache in Pecos, TX area. As a Site Safety Representative on both Plant and CPS construction projects and Industrial Construction of the Apache Office. I than began working at the Pecos Office area project (Office construction, water well house construction, and work operations in the man camp area). Enforce construction safety requirement and also Apache Safety requirements. Type and report all Safety documentation for job site (daily report, incident report, etc)

May 2016- March 17, 2017 Integris Projects Contract project

Title- QC Project Manager/ Site Safety Coordinator, Duties Include: Overseeing the project including all 3rd party contractors. Ensure all construction safety procedures are being followed. I worked with 3rd party contractors to ensure job is being done and following engineering plans and blue prints. Conduct daily reports and weekly job analysis reports and send to both Integris and Cannon Air Force personal. I attended meetings with ranked military personnel over projects being done on base. Also conducted walk troughs with military inspectors. I type and report damage reports due to weather. Also final project inspections and sign offs.

2011 - Feb 2016 Lucky Health & Safety

Title- Safety Supervisor/ Operations Manager for the Odessa/Midland area. Duties include: Safety supervisions on location; Pre-job Safety Meeting, Hot works Permits; Confined Space Permits; Operating a Cascade system trailer during high H2S situations. Conducting site safety supervision for a variety of companies including: Burnett, ConocoPhillips, Legacy and many others. We utilized the use of air trailer supervision and rescue team leaders. Got promoted through the company to manage the Midland/Odessa office for lucky health and safety. Oversee employs working in office and field. Title- Safety Supervisor on locations, working mostly with company roustabout crew and welders. Conducting hot work and confided space safety permits. Help conduct Monthly Safety Meetings. I worked here part time on my days off from the fire department.

2009- Site Safety and Rescue Supervisor Contract Job part time while at fire department

Title- Safety and Rescue supervision, worked in Excel energy plant during their turn around at the plant. Job duties consisted of hot work and confined space writing and supervision. Also standby rescue operations if needed.

2007-2011- Hobbs Fire Department

Title- Fire Fighter/EMT-I and Instructor. I received my Fire fighter 1&2 through the Hobbs fire academy and my EMT-Basic and EMT-Intermediate through ENMU. My job required me and my crew to respond to emergency medical and fire emergencies. Also to type reports to call out both Fire and EMS. I became a High Angle and Low Angle ropes Instructor for the department.
