Execution of major civil & electrical works towards setting up technical and administrative setup which include construction of Offices, Electronic Workshop including Civil/ electrical works, AC, Firefighting system/ equipment, fire alarm System, lighting arrestor, electrical earthing, rated electrical cabling, Procurement & installation of Anechoic Chamber, Vibration test equipment, Environment Test Chamber, Hydraulic Lift, 100KVA Diesel Generator, UPS, Special Power supply(200V,3Ø,400Hz), 3KVA 28V DC Supply, etc. .

Efficient vendor development and procurement management. Devising efficient logistics management system, conducting market survey, finalizing rate contracts to ensure on time delivery and conformity of product.

Developing and implementing key procurement strategies / purchase schedules from vendors and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives

Operation and maintenance of Full Motion Aircraft Simulator.

Maintenance, repair & operation of Aviation Ground support equipment, Automated Test Equipment & Source/ Measure Equipment.

Implementing planned periodic maintenance schedules in compliance with standards Supervising activities related to installation, commissioning and setting to work, testing, tuning, defect rectification of equipment in time bound manner.

Maintaining close business relationship with key accounts to target and capture aviation requirements, analysis and providing solutions.

Providing technical expertise during onsite customer visits, meetings and supporting training events.
