DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Develop and maintain the list of appropriate police jurisdiction contacts.
•Monitoring the security officers in order to enforce the security and safety programs, which enable the company assets to function according to the guidelines and quality standards for providing adequate supervision of security officers.
•Providing training and development to all the Security Personnel and lay down certain standard orders for the security procedures.
•Deploying the Security Guards during their shifts, ensuring that all posts are covered.
•Inspecting the serviceability of firefighting equipment and Fire Tenders periodically.
•Inspecting the entry and exit of the personnel, materials, vehicles and stores at the starting of the duty and at the end of the duty.
•Preparing incident reports and taking appropriate actions
•Supervise team of security personnel in discipline and daily operation
•Ensure company rules and regulations are followed by tenants and employees of the company.
•Conduct security measures inside the mall, offices and apartments.

•Observe and report any water leaks that may occur due to lose connections.
•Conduct body frisking to outgoing employees before they leave the mall.
•Properly endorse to reliever about occurrences and incidents during the shift.
• Operates Baggage X-ray machine in scanner area
•Monitor CCTV screens, report incidents and contact police or emergency services when necessary
•Maintaining daily logs, incident reports and editing captured images
•Monitoring vehicle accidents, access and entry control point issue
•Complaint-handling of the customers/ tenants through telephone
•Operating & managing cameras installed in the entire complex through the central CCTV system.
•Producing video recordings of certain events & incidents from the hi-tech digital video recording system and providing to CID/Police as per their requirements.
Off-Shore:
• Detect and prevent crime and maintain order on board the ship.
• Ensure company rules and regulations are not breached by passengers or crew.
• Conduct security measures when docked and be aware of the correct procedure in regard to Customs’ regulation.
• Investigation of minor and serious crime.
• Be aware of possible acts of terrorism on the ship; have experience in bomb search techniques and attend regular drills onboard the vessel.
• Be able to report to shift-in-charge in the event of emergencies or possible threats to safety on board the ship.
• Prevent stowaways from boarding the ship and have idea in handling procedures of stowaways caught.
