Managing the process carried out in the clean room.

Checking the contact rolling & Weld Edge Preparation (WEP) of the tube done on daily bases and getting it qualified by the QC before tubing is done on job.

Checking the mockup of the tube expansion done on the daily bases and getting it qualified by the QC before the expansion is done on the job.

Checking the expansion of all the tube of the heat exchanger and expansion of required tube is done again if needed.

Checking the DFT of the job after it is painted as per procedure.
