Identify, analyze, and reconcile billing errors or omissions by reviewing documentation and educating staff on proper charting techniques to reduce errors and capture revenue. Identify discrepancies in documentation and report findings to the manager. Collect health information about services provided including demographic data, appropriate length of stay, third-party payer and continued stay reviews, and other related data concerning patients.
