I was the office manager. I ran on the side of the building then I went to work as the front desk lady. I know Microsoft very well. I would answer phones and do interviews for new people coming in. I did some small file work.
January 2019-January 2020
River City Heating and Cooling-Dispatcher
Lost my job waiting ona covid test. I worked there as a dispatcher in the office. I would answer phone calls and schedule appointments and would also file a lot of work on the computer. I would take payments over the phone answer sent in fax and would also send out fax to order heavy big equipment. I called the men to let them know the family was headed that way to work there home.

Rick Collins Toyota- Front Desk Clerk
At Toyota I would answer phones and dispatch them to the right location. The customer needed such parts service and also a salesman or my sales manager. I would keep track of how many cars were sold or traded. I also did some files such as paper work for the new cars that came in to put on the lot and make sure tags were made for both sets of keys. I would count the cash check and tickets for parts and sales every night. I was to make sure the money was right and added up with the tickets. I had to make sure tickets were checked out every night and that everything was run right throughout the day. February 2021- present

I helped take care of the preschoolers. I taught them letters and names and how to work as a team. I was helped out of the baby room when they helped teach the little ones the best we can to prepare them for preschool.
