Soft skills:

Leadership Skills. – On previous work experience I was able to showcase my leadership by handling a maximum of 20 people, coaching and helping them to develop their work ethics, perspective management and their goals in company and personal as well.

Teamwork. – It is very important that every employee is a team player, that is why this is one of the values that I am sharing on my team.

Communication Skills – As a leader, our communication skills will help us to deliver information with accuracy to our members; also part of this skill is the ability to listen to their concern.

Problem Solving Skills - As a leader or a normal employee it is necessary for us to have this skill because there will always be a scenario wherein our problem solving skill will be challenged.

Work Ethic - Forming good habits such as focusing, staying motivated and finishing tasks immediately

Flexibility/Adaptability – in my previous work experience we’ve transferred and trained to a different kind of line of business, there is a time wherein the training department will ask for my help to train new hire agents/employees.

Computer Technology – the previous and current line of business that I am handling, allows me to show my skills in terms of Microsoft Office to create reports etc.

Data Analysis - working in a financial institution helps me to use and improve my data analysis skills such as Data mining, Data presentation and any use of data to explore a problem or make a decision.
