Reported to the Vice President of Operations, I directed and oversaw the IT Services - Business Systems & Reporting teams which are responsible for the high level strategic and tactical decisions

& maintenance of all Network Infrastructure Security, Business Intelligence (BI), Cloud and Data- based initiatives at Captivate.

I also facilitated organizational data strategies for governance, design, implementation, integration and usage and ensure that the use of BI applications, such as NetSuite, Looker. Microsoft Power BI and SSRS to enhance business decision making capabilities. I also certified the availability, security, and performance of both legacy and AWS cloud-based systems running our Snowflake Data Warehouse as a Service.

Responsibilities included the management and coordination of the processes and systems required for the effective transition of application services from R&D through testing and into production operation.
