Installation, commissioning and Maintenance of all Instrumentation Related Equipments. Installation and Maintenance of Turbine Vibration Sensors, Bearing Temperatures, Axial Shift and Speed sensors.

Installation and Maintenance of all Boiler instrumentation Equipments. Installation and Maintenance of Ash Handling (Dense Phase Pneumatics Systems) instrumentation.

Installation and Maintenance of all conveyors interlocks instruments. Installation and Maintenance of WTP instrumentation Equipments.

Installation and Maintenance of all BOP instrumentation. Installation of signal, control & power cables trays

Erection, Commissioning and Maintenance of Distributed Control System panels. Panel earthling & equipment earthling.

Maintenance of UPS system. Installation, commissioning and Maintenance of SWAS (Wet

& Dry) Panels.

Installation, commissioning and Maintenance of Air Cooled Condenser Instrumentation.

Troubleshoot the snag with less down time as per the established quality standard.

Monitoring of turbine & boiler parameters time to time at regular intervals and taking necessary preventive action if the parameters go out of limit.

Trouble shoot the snags related to PLC systems (allen Bradley micrologics 1500), and D.C.S. System (Siemens).

Trouble shoot the snag related to pneumatic & motorized control valve, solenoid operated valve & dampers, transmitters/transducer like flow, level, pressure, temperature (Siemens, ABB, rosemount, wika etc), hydrastep (electronics drum level indicator) and others instruments related to D.C.S & P.L.C parameters in power plant.

Preparation of capital budget, selection of vendor etc.

Proper documentation, planning, implementation, monitoring & controlling of all issues related to the C& I maintenance.
