SGTP/ GSVC is a 150 km pipeline network comprising of facilities like dispatch terminal, receipt terminals stations, sectionalizing valve stations, pigging and metering stations.

The objective of this project is to provide a dedicated Jet A1 fuel transfer system from the BSV3 to the NDIA. The existing 12” multiproduct pipeline from Mesaieed Refinery to BSV-3 is to be converted to a dedicated Jet A1 pipeline by providing a 16” extension from this pipeline at BSV3 to NDIA. Mott MacDonald’s scope of work for the Project included FEED verification, Detailed Engineering and Procurement assistance.

Project: Qatar FEED for Gas Supply to Mesaieed Consumers (GSMC) FEED Project for gas supply to various gas consumers including QP Refinery – Project scope involve provision of custody transfer metering, expansion of existing SCADA system/ ESD, F&G PLC systems, Gas chromatographs, Emergency shutdown valves, Control valves, pipeline leak detection system, FO cabling and telecommunication system.

Involved in the design, engineering and FEED activities for Qatar Petroleum Halul Island new RO plant project. Responsibilities include leading a team of 4 engineers & designers for instrumentation scope including Modification of existing Honeywell Experion DCS System, new state of art SCADA 6

system and its OPC interface to DCS, Tank Inventory management based on Radar type Tank Gauging system for custody transfer and its interface to DCS, Water quality analyzers, Control valves, Instrument Air compressors, package unit PLCs, and other instrumentation.
