SUMMARY – Portfolio management of all company construction projects at implementation stage which include land development (water pipes network construction, sewer reticulation and roads construction), superstructures, shelverts and management of all internal and external construction plants.
Roles and Responsibilities
-Portfolio management of the Construction Division
-Supervising Infrastructure development works that is:
Water pipe networks which included planning, costing, monitoring pipe laying, monitoring fittings installation and quality control. Bulk water connections and liaising with relevant authorities for water allocation to new residential areas.
Monitoring and quality control of sewer reticulation works contractor on pipe laying, manhole and trunk sewer line construction. Ensuring the efficient running of the Adelaide Sewer Treatment Plant servicing the new high density stands.
Overseeing construction of roads bases and tarring in all the projects.
Overseeing external construction works for local authorities such as construction of shelvert crossing on Chavaroyi River.
Managing superstructure projects still at incubation which are Sakubva Flats and Southview Flats.

•Quality Control of Road works that were done at an 80km section of the Harare-Mutare highway road between Macheke and Nyazura.
•Scope of works involved road repairs (edge breaks, rut filling, crack sealing, slurry, emulsion treated bases and fog spraying) then finally reseal at the approved road section by the engineer.
•Other duties involved monitoring and data capturing in this section.
•Pavement recycling, trial pits and quality control of surface defects. .
