Write emails to request tender documents from contacts as specified in the newspaper adverts. Request follow up and obtain quotations from suppliers through email, telephone & fax. Create computer/electronic filing system to file downloaded soft copies of tender documents, quotations received and general correspondence. Put pages of tender documents in a correct manner, punch and ring bind them together in a professional manner using the Binder. Load each tender document separately onto the Printer, scan and file completed tender documents before they get to be submitted to advertisers for record keeping purpose. Record important dates and times on manual and Outlook calendar to remind manager about deadlines. Make bank deposits to pay for collection of tender documents and file proof of payments.
