- Acted as one of five staff members at a fast-growing church with responsibility of leading 500+ individuals in contemporary worship music at multiple weekly services
- Recruited and managed a team of men and women across various cultural, age, and socioeconomic backgrounds
- Created and organized each week’s worship set (Ableton), running and linking audio tracks, ProPresenter, and lighting cues to fire off a single device
- Co-created a broadcast studio for the church’s livestream, incorporating a separate audio mixing station (also provided training to volunteers on this technology)
- Responsible for leading, managing, and running the student ministry worship team at Forest Park as well as provide musical and spiritual mentorship for students
- Introduced and created a stripped-down mid-week worship service, serving as an open place to come and experience an intimate time worship time
