Core Competencies

Responsible for overall maintenance function, ensure equipment & tools are available and capable for production.

Planning & scheduling preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance & also analysis of breakdown maintenance with CAPA system and maintain MTBF / MTTR.

Spare Part Management : Monitors the use & inventories of spare parts as per budget.

Budget Management : Monitors maintenance expense & control measure it. Annual budgeting including maintenance & capital requirement / CAPEX of next year.

Health, Safety & Environment Management : Maintains safety, health & environmental policies & procedures.

People Management : Conceptualizing need-based training programs for the officers and the operator workforce.

Energy Management : Control & Monitor oil, diesel, energy cost.
