In charge of 10 managers, a 290-person work force, and $20 million budget to provide US government Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Aviation Maintenance, Supply & Services (MSS) to the Royal Saudi Land Forces
Aviation Command (RSLFAC) throughout Saudi Arabia. Served as corporate liaison for the US Embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
McDonnell Douglas Aerospace Program Manager, Saudi Arabia 1993-1995
Responsible for coordinating 10 direct reports and a $7 million budget in starting up and supervising an Aviation MSS organization, USG FMS requirements and multi-year contract administration with the RSLFAC.

One of the first aviation officers to receive the prestigious Order of St Michael (1990), by the Army Association of America, for outstanding contributions to Army Aviation.
