Help off-campus Summer Scholars arrange travel and housing logistics
Work with other offices to provide campus housing and stipends; organize weekly dinners and social events for over 100 Summer Scholars
Prepare a detailed booklet featuring all summer scholars and their projects
Organize fall poster symposium and performances
Manage other programs under the Center’s purview
Supervise student workers and prepare student payroll
Oversee budgets and disburse over $70,000 in grants for student research, senior research, student academic travel, course enhancement, etc.
Advertise and select applicants for Denison-sponsored scholarships and awards
Organize events such as monthly “Chowder Hour” luncheons, symposia, and other academic and cultural events
Help prepare the Center’s budget and manage program budget accounts
