James Gordon
Objective
I am looking for a remote, part time job as a customer service agent, data entry clerk, or as another administrative support role. I have a PC with power to spare that will be dedicated to this job, 2 monitors, high-speed broadband, Windows 10, a reliable wi-fi network, and all necessary hardware to work productively at home.
Background
Although my work history involves computer programming and systems exclusively, I have decided to work as a customer service agent. My communication skills, both written and spoken, and my telephone etiquette are excellent. I am careful and deliberate when following or writing complex instructions and I have plenty of experience collaborating with other team members. My years in the corporate world, my diverse work history, and my five years as the owner/manager of a successful internet business have prepared me for a new career as a Customer Service Agent.
