Experience of Responsibility:

1. Support employees with Visa Applications, Emirates Ids, Visa Renewals, Medical Reports, Passport expiries and visa transfer processes.

2. Process and renew Labor Contracts via Ministry of Labor for new and existing Employees ensuring all records for the company on the Labor system are up to date and within the quota.

3. Collect and provide periodical updates from the government authorities on all Labor and Immigration rules to keep the HR department abreast of the changes in the rules and procedures; 4. Maintain the HR employee records by tracking employee labor contracts, visa and passport expiries and communicate the same to the employee to prepare timely renewals in annual plan 5. Utilize available resources in an efficient and effective manner to decrease process time and fees. 6. Provide administration support to the HR department as needed. 7. Positively represent the company at locations such as police stations, hospitals, airports, embassies and any other significant department/governmental buildings

8. .Proposal planning and administration of contracts, Negotiate terms and conditions and renew trade Company license and renewal of vehicle registration and follow up SALK account for company . 9. Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate employees regarding contract status, 10. Ensure that contractor is in compliance with legal requirements, owner specifications and government regulations Track payments and deadlines.

11. Reviews, guides, and approves management recommendations for employment terminations. 12. Calculation of end of services benefits. Preparing final settlements. 13. Medical insurance process for new staff and current employees. 14. Organizing, performing the health insurance plan for employees and their families and all related to them in accordance with company policy.

Key skills and competences:

Experience in issuing work permit immigration and labor, cancellations, Emirates ID, medical etc.

Knowledge and experience of UAE labor law, MOHRE, Immigration, Civil Defense and visa related work.

Experience in a government liaison role/PRO in the Country.

Strong background of country’s Labor law.

Proficient typing and communication skills in English and Arabic.

High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively particularly with local government bodies.

Adept at handling work of confidential nature.

Valid UAE driving license.

Custodian of HR petty cash for visa processes and labor related expenses - including preparation of petty cash,.

Point of contact internally for employees for all visa, labor and all government relations related formalities.

Deal with general enquires regarding PRO functions promptly and efficiently to enhance the level of department service.

Maintain confidentiality and security of company and employee documents at all times.

Expert on Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint) Good Communication Skills

Excellent communication skills to interact with candidates and internal teams.

Working closely with HR members to ensure continuous & timely support to employees and address inquiries from them effectively.
