Qatar Engineering & Construction Company W.L.L - Qatar (Roles & Responsibilities) EPC FOR THE BROWNFIELD TIE-INS OF RL LOOPING, RLSS AND RGESS (Offshore) Client: Qatar Gas

Scope: This Project is done under EPC basis for the Brownfield Tie-Ins of RL Looping, RLSS and RGESS. Shutdown, pre shutdown and post shutdown activities in Ras Gas Alpha complex and its associated well head platforms. (Barges – ZMI Achiever, Rumela)

• Support the QG HSE&Q monitoring and assessment plans.

• Support regular and formal performance review meetings with the QG.

• Initiating, developing and closing actions relating to contractor performance issues.

• Coordinating with QG Center for Safety Training for all HSE&Q orientation and site specific training requirements which includes communication of the HSE&Q programs and policies and procedures

• Follow Qatar Gas inspections and checklists.

• Coordinating drills on board the vessels

They also have a PMV department which deals with renting of heavy vehicles which includes Buses, Trucks, Trailers, Cranes, Fork lifts etc. Al Nahdha has got a huge mechanical workshop which is located at Sohar.
