SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE (Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology completed in August 1986 with emphasis on Project Management/Transmission Planning)
●TSP Distribution and Transmission Planning Currently 2 years plus
Over twenty years Professional Project Management experience in project engineering, construction, and project controls management including EPC FEED/construction project estimating, planning and scheduling, Control Account/WBS cost control, change control, scheduling turnarounds, preparation of project control procedures, job progress and performance measurement, financial and management reporting systems.
I have bonafide dynamic skill sets not limited to one industry sector or discipline area. I am self-motivated and able to work and communicate at high and low levels along with the ability to do so in high stress environment and produce an accurate and usefully product/output documents for Directors, Program/Project Management and need to know stakeholders; for decision making Project cost baselines & project budgets. My skill sets quantifying work by discipline area (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Process/Piping, Electrical Maximo PMs and Controls Systems/Instrumentation, and other schedule of mass discipline areas/resources) planning, scheduling, and resource loading on projects to accurately derive baseline resources and cost/project budgets and (NTE) estimates to complete using PMI, AACE, DOE (EIA-748) and DCMA best practices and 15 plus year experience; and logically set accurate trackability down to the execution package level and EMV; ETC forecasts enabling plan and schedule corrective recovery proactively and at worst case reactively and accurate executive level project cost portfolio reporting. Also, on projects I have performed Civil drawing, Isometric diagram, and P&ID material take offs and creation of Bill of Material (BOM) for procurement; and have assembles job work package based on EPC and Site Premise documents and Client/Operations Targets.

Sonangol intends to develop the Punja Oil Field, located offshore Angola in Block 3-05A. This field is located approximately 20 Km from the Angolan coast and is in 80 m of water. Production facilities include two remote wellhead platforms (namely PUN-F1 and PUN-F2). They are connected with a multiphase production flowline from PUN-F2 to PUN-F1 plus a gas injection flowline from PUN-F1 to PUN-F2. An early production system (EPS) is bridge linked to PUN-F1. Finally, a multiphase / oil export pipeline from PUN-F1 is tied back to the existing PALANCA facilities (about 4.0km). Produced oil will be stored and exported via existing PALANCA Terminal. Each wellhead is designed with 12 drillable slots for production wells and gas injection wells.
The scope of work being bid by KBR to Subsea 7 is for the following facilities. KBR will perform complete detailed engineering and procurement services. Follow-on engineering support services during Fabrication, Installation, Commissioning and Startup are also part of the scope.
