Establishing Project plans, Project Scheduling, Resource Planning and Resource Allocation for all the ongoing Projects in Shipyard
Monitor & update the project progress and identify potential risks in critical paths leading to project delay.
Reporting and Highlighting hold ups / delays / deviations with supporting corrective actions or catch up plans to Project Manager.
Monitoring & Controlling of Actual Hours vs Budgeted and Report to Project Managers.
Submission of Updated Progress Schedules and Reports to clients.
Establishing Resource Planning for all the Projects based on Budgeted Hours and Duration.
Coordinate with purchase department for on time availability of long lead materials / equipment.
Submission of Letters through official Transmittals in case of Delays.
Submission of Weekly Progress Reports to clients.
Recruitment of manpower with technical evaluation and skills
Direct and Indirect Manpower Forecast Projection for the forecasted Projects through Histograms and S Curves.
Monthly Reports to senior management which includes Monthly Project summary showing holds, delays, in Progress and completed Projects, Project Actual vs Budgeted Analysis, Dock Occupancy Reports including Floating Docks & Ship lift, Monthly Manpower Allocation, Forecast manpower Plan and Projects.

Preparation of Weekly, Monthly & Three Months look-ahead Schedule. Updating actual Progress and all related information & comparison analysis using Graphical methods.

Define and update Project Work Breakdown Structure in co-operation with the Project Manager
Elaborate, update and revise Project schedule in close co-operation with the Project Manager
