My name is Erin Blaine-Thomas. I am an expert level marketer and sales professional with extensive experience in all aspects of the field. Throughout my career, I have managed and led groups of up to 15 employees, increased profit for companies I have worked with by up to 2,000%, and gained a multitude of licenses and certifications. In the first chapter of my career, I began by working in sales for one of the nation's largest cosmetic surgery companies, Westlake Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery. With my own personal sales reaching up to over $300,000 per month and my dedicated work ethic, I quickly rose through the ranks and was promoted to be the Westlake Dermatology Sales Executive. In this role, I led my sales team to bring in over $3,000,000 in sales per month, while the team was bringing in approximately $1.5 million per month before I was elevated to my position. I worked hard with my employees every day, training them in sales to have rapid revenue increase, majorly benefiting the company. Being certified in Straight-Line sales, I used this training, my experience, and natural sales ability to create fantastic sales scripts and a high energy environment. My responsibilities in this role were to: sign off on paychecks, manage timesheets, write sales scripts, train salespersons, interview and hire new employees, onboard new employees, and see my daily schedule of patients to make sales. In the second chapter of my career, I worked at Sona Dermatology as the Marketing and Sales manager. I led a team of approximately 15 individuals and was quickly praised and recognized by the CEO for the work that I did, in addition to winning sales contests regularly put on by the company. In this job, some of my responsibilities were to: operate Salesforce smoothly and efficiently, manage a team of individuals and train them to become fantastic salespeople, write sales scripts, attend meetings with upper management to discuss how to increase revenue, build monthly inventory expense forecasts using individual store data to provide better insight on estimated revenue, work with the marketing department to create brand identity and successful advertising, work with Google Ads and Facebook Ads, and perform lead generation. In addition to these responsibilities, I also signed off on timecards, reviewed PTO requests for my employees, interviewed and hired new salespersons, and trained and onboarded new employees.

Aside from my work experience, I am a business owner and have done incredible work for businesses across the nation, and have over 50 glowing reviews from business owners regarding the drastic revenue increase they saw after hiring my company. curation, and more. My knowledge on all things marketing is extensive, and I have a total of 4 years of in depth, full time marketing experience.
