RADIOLOGY STAFF/CHARGE NURSE - Houston Medical Center - October 2007 to June 2011 Performed duties as Radiology Staff Nurse to include the administration of conscious sedation and intravascular procedures to include PICC lines, stents, filters, drains, etc... Provide monitoring of patients during biopsy, needle aspirations, paracentesis, thoracentesis, lumbar punctures, nerve blocks, myelograms, etc... Perform administration of various IV drugs such as heparin, TPA and various sedation drugs. Provided monitoring of patients during placement of pacemaker/defibulators and peripheral vascular angiography. ER NURSE MANAGER - Bleckley Memorial Hospital - December 2004-June 2005 Directly responsible for all aspects of emergency department including the supervision and management of six nurses and three medical clerks. Conducted monthly staff meetings, peer review of all nursing documentation and monthly mortality reviews. Performed all public relations for ED and outside agencies such as EMS and local law enforcement.

REGISTERED NURSE - Taylor Regional Hospital, Hawkinsville - June 1999-2002 Night supervisor of emergency department. Responsible for all activities including registration clerk, triage, emergency medical service call on hi-band radio, supervision of LPN's and registration clerks, functioned as PRN employee in ICU as well. Oriented for night shift charge nurse.

REUSE TECH/EQUIPMENT TECH/STAFF NURSE - FMC Dialysis Center, Eastman - 1996-1999 Responsible for reprocessing of dialyzers, preventative and corrective maintenance of dialysis machines, water treatment plant ancillary equipment, inventory control and all associated logs and monthly reports. Upon graduation of nursing school, preformed duties of staff nurse, including completion of proper dialysis treatments conducted patient teaching of wound care and proper nutrition.

CORRECTIONS OFFICER, Eastman YDC - 1992-1996 Reached position of Correctional Sgt., duties of which included night shift supervisor of approximately 10 correctional officers and ensured proper security and operation protocols followed by all staff and residents.

FIRE CONTROL TECHNICIAN BALLISTIC SECOND CLASS, US NAVY - 1985-1992 Responsible for proper operation of ballistic missile fire control system of SSBN, also possessed S.L.O.P. - E.S.I.
