Originally contacted by owners to assist in turnaround of their marine vessel operation and shortly thereafter asked to take over as CFO for the entire $400.0 million business which was under extreme financial distress.

Completely transformed the ship dismantling division by installing five new and experienced management members within 60 days without the company needing to pay any headhunter or placement fees

Implemented PTO, health insurance, performance reviews, wage adjustments and production incentives for all production employees which improved moral, retention, loyalty and profitability

Developed the company’s first budget template facilitating the preparation of a ground up annual budget based on “clean sheet assessments”, headcounts, KPI’s and contribution margins
