o Implement project as per project standard, local regulations, international standards and meet employer’s requirements and expectations.
o Attend regular technical/progress meeting with client and contractor. o Address various technical queries raised by the contractor. o Coordinate the workflow between contractors, sub-contractors, and customer.
o Conduct testing and commissioning of RMUs, Transformers, HV panels, LV panels, DBs, Generators, UPS, Fire alarm systems, CCTV and AACS etc.
o Witness HIPOT test of HV cables.
o Attend testing and commissioning of AHUs, FCUs, DX units, DG pumps, jockey pumps, Water circulating and booster pumps. o Arrange weekly and Monthly progress meetings with contractor. o Review and approve various AS BUILT drawings (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting) submitted by the contractor.
