Implementation and administration of company’s Safety policy and site safety rules and regulation in Co-ordination with Government, as well as any contractual, safety requirements at designated project.
Liaise with contractors PM, Construction Managers and Safety/Environment Managers to improve Safety/Environment provisions.
Daily meet with management’s concerned officer to receive daily work chart (work permit details).
Perform and/or promote job-training, Tool box talk, Induction training and other special training like fire & first aid as per the health & safety procedure and requirements,
Develop plans, conduct audits and safety analysis, keep track and update every breach of safety that can be recorded.
Provide safety support to the site teams and ensuring compliances.
Provide inputs into the development of HSE strategies, plans and procedure.
Hazard identification and control measures (Risk Assessment), JHA and JSA, Checklist and PTW Inspection, PPE implementation, Firefighting techniques and fire extinguishing system.
Execute environmental management process such as chemicals and waste management’s.
Preparation of emergency procedure and plans.
Checking the permit of the work to be start weather it is hot work permit, confined space permit, entry work permit, Elevated work permit, Excavation work permit etc
Providing clean and tidy environment to the worker by monitoring Housekeeping Department.
Daily safety petrol and the inspection at site and Record the analyze accidents, injuries report to HSE Manager.
Inspect all entry permit vehicle about their fitness (TUV) certification.
Take action against the violators to stop the safety violation and to minimize the accident, Issue MOM.
Maintain all safety related documents such as weekly and monthly Inspection reports, Accident incident reports, Fire Extinguishers report, Investigation report, Injury report etc.
Display the important safety information’s on the safety board at important places.
Updating 3rd party certificate log (machinery/equipment/operator).
Always keep in touch with all workers to remind safety. Coordinate Fire drill and safety related meetings.
Before leaving the job site make sure that all unfinished jobs in safe position to avoid accident.
