Successfully commissioned 350 TPD Direct reduction plant Rockwell PLC,Instrumentation & electrical.

Involved in installation & commissioning of Sponge Iron Plant also involved in innovative preventive / breakdown maintenance and calibration of instruments on line & off line

Trans weigh Weigh feeders & belt weighers TUC6 &TUC3 controller.

Rotary kiln Temperature measurement system of all zones, continuous monitoring Recording continuously As well as segmented system. Average of all zone with recording on continuously.

PLC: Siemens S5,S7 & Scada HMI wincc window NT Base, Rockwell Logix 5000 & RS view scada. Logix preparation & scada development.
