Description: Office Management

drafting policy regulations for military operations and allied
subjects; validation of office procedures including cyber security,
physical security; and creating office modules.
Capable of handling official documents and data
management, maintaining IT infrastructure. Preparation of
excel sheet and power point presentation for Senior Defence
Authorities.
Vendor Management
Affluent with earlier offline bidding system; Organising
vendor conference; fixing of RGP and bench mark price in
consultations with Intermediate Financial Authority (IFA),

During the period of service at various headquarters and
defence cantonment, worked as head assistant and executive to
Senior Officer in management of Army School, Bakery and other
welfare shops and institutes.
School. During 2018-20, worked as head assistant
in Pre-Primary School, Yol Cantonment where was involved in
advertisement of vacancies, recruitment of principal, teachers and
non-technical manpower, setting of interview question paper,
evaluation, preparation of board proceedings for approval,
preparing pay roll, academic presentation, speech in the social
events etc. The duty involved more than 100 staff members and
1000 students.
Transport Management Monitoring contract of civil hired
transport both light and heavy vehicle and provision of the same
for transportation of VVIP and ASC stores from peace to remote
areas. Instrumental while dealing with various transport
providing vendors and during his period of service at
Ahmedabad. Subsequently, again entrusted with same duties at
Sukna military station wherein performed at the front to conclude
33 CHT contracts off line mode within the given time frame.
Special Achievement Executive to senior officers and
Generals while in the post of Head Assistant at Integrated HQ of
Ministry of Defence (Army), New Delhi. Single-handedly ensured
time-bound preparation of important presentation for even PM
and President of India for which he was awarded Commendation
of Vice Chief of Army Staff. In addition, was assigned tasks
wherein he was answerable to 4 officers in the hierarchy and
supervised and monitored staff of over 20 clerks and
administrative personnel,
