LABOUR MANAGEMENT:

Maintaining attendance record of Company staff and workers.

Preparation of Induction training for new recruitment.

Preparation of Master Data.

Coordination with banks for opening bank accounts for employees.

Addressing employees query and solving their all grievance regarding payroll and working conditions.

Responsible for issuing extra Job-Responsibility assigned by HOD. PAYROLL & LEAVE MANAGEMENT:

Taking care the part of Wages preparation, Overtime of Staff & Labor.

Handling software i.e. SAVIOR & BIO TAP for preparation of wages & Attendance.

Generate Salary sheets and Distribution of Wages slips in workers.

Responsible for attendance of all staff, Labor and Sub-Contract Labors.

Maintaining Leave record of workers.
