My formal education is in church ministry with my masters degree in organizational management. For the last 29 years, I have served in the capacity of a pastor in several different churches. I am also an avid fitness person who has trained at a couple of different gyms in Virginia. I have also been involved in sales and have a very positive outlook on helping people become the best they can be physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Lead Executive Pastor, Oswego Alliance Church, Oswego, New York, December, 20016 – April 2018. Served in a co-pastor model of church leadership as the lead executive pastor. More than 450 people would call Oswego Alliance Church their home church.

Responsibilities included…

-Helped develop, manage and maintain annual budget of over $450,000 for operating expenses.

-Oversight of 7 people on the paid staff.

-Oversight and development of the Elder team.

-Oversight of the Board of Ministries.

-Initiated Leadership development and growth.

-Oversee daily operation of Church Leadership/

- (Daughtered) Reaction Church in Manassas, Virginia in 2011. Sent out, trained, and coached two families to begin this new church.

- Worked with a staff of 5 men and 1 woman. These people served as pastors in different ministry areas: young adults/college, children, youth, music, visitation (discipleship) and outreach.

- Organize and Supervise a ministry team from Biola University and Talbot Seminary.

- Train ministry team leadership team which consisted of 17 people.

- (Daughtered) Started Life House Church plant, 2006, in Long Beach, California. Also, helped to (daughter) start church in Durango, Mexico.

- Coordinate and Led building usage with sister church, Iglesia Cristo Viene, our Spanish speaking sister church.

Assistant Pastor overseeing 9 – 12th grade High-School Ministries, Neighborhood Church of Redding, California, January 2001 – May 2002. Ministry to 250 – 300 high school teenagers on a monthly basis through the church.
