Position: Dedicated Merchandiser/ Sales Executive LUXURY BRANDS: September 2012 – August 2020

Cash Handling and documentation of items transferred.

Assist clients/Customers from different nationalities.

Providing 100% customer service practice to our customers.

Upselling and promoting new arrivals to achieve monthly targets.

Assist customer with high-end brand products.

Coordinate with the operations team for the actual inventory of the product inside the store boutique.

Analyzing sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs

Maximise customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately

Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory
