Headed an integration team that achieved the successful and timely merger of the HSEQ programs of Catalyst Technologies and Catalyst Services after the acquisition of the latter by the former.

Coauthored and presented a professional paper on confined space entry at an American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) conference in San Diego, California. This paper was subsequently published in the AIChE quarterly professional journal (August – 1990).
