I was employed within the Department Provincial Treasury in the capacity of an Administration Clerk as a graduate intern with my contract ending on the last working day of February 2020. I aided in the development of Strategic Plans, Annual Performance Plans and Operational Planning. I assisted in the preparation of project plans and registered project(s) on the project dashboard through Bizprojects (suites). I provided performance monitoring to the department, through the collation of monthly (Operational Plans) for the various departmental programmes. Consolidated the performance information in accordance with applicable DPME/ WCG and National Treasury guidelines.
