Custom 32-bit Processor New York University

• Designed and implemented a customized processor based on a modification of the MIPS ISA to perform R, I and J type instructions in Verilog.

• Designed dedicated hardware to perform special Instructions in a single clock cycle. Study of the RISC-V Architecture New York University

• Conducted an in-depth analysis of the Privilege Levels, Privileged Software Interfaces, Control Register Schemes and presented it to a class of 50 RISC-V enthusiasts.

• Worked on the HiFive1 Rev-B board, Freedom E310 SoC and Freedom Studio by SiFive to implement SPI, I2C and UART communication protocols using the Freedom E SDK as well as FreeRTOS to communicate between two boards.

• Studied a buggy Ariane RISC-V SoC to identify and exploit bugs and provided methods to mitigate them. (Ranked 6th in HAC@DAC 2020)

Embedded Systems New York University

• Developed a 3D printed robot vehicle based on the ESP8266 microcontroller to detect Wi-Fi signals and move in the direction of the Wi-Fi hotspot while smoothly avoiding any obstacles that come in the way.
