January 2021- present: SAE training producer on ZOOM and WebEx

August 2020-January 2021: Rollins/Orkin-Canada and US software desktop and mobile app implementation

March 2017- August 2020: North American Partners in Anesthesia- worked 3 years to test, roll out and implement a new EMR application with 25 hospitals and private practices for the leading single-specialty anesthesia provider in the United States. Trained more than 450 doctors to utilize the tablet-based record system while in OR, and pre and post procedures. The system led to higher Medicare payment rates and shrunk the amount of denials of payment from insurers due to poor handwriting.

December 2011- March 2014: Morgan Stanley-trainer on the largest ever Wall Street implementation project, trained wealth advisors nationwide to leverage a new fully integrated desktop and mobile platform with a robust suite of sophisticated applications. Championed use of digital tools to engage clients and grow advisory business using state of the art research tools, and stress-testing client’s portfolios. Helped advisors produce mailing lists with CRM applications to improve client communication and to win prospective clients. More than 500 advisors and associates in 30 plus offices nationwide grew assets under management by leveraging new tools and processes. One positive impact; many average to below average producers saw AUM (assets under management) grow more than 20% annually as a result.
