Day to day check quality rejection report from folding and implementation.

Under very stick quality control on every stage to from bleaching - dyeing finished up to folding.

Also mention delivery date and quality from buyer.

Personally check all quality parameter in every stage like peaching effect mercersing shad variation patches shrinkage as per our parameter.

Follow up with production and merchandizing department for running order status.

To Coordinate with Merchandizing department and production department.

To analyze the cost of row material (Fabric, Yarm, Dyeing and printing)

Planning of different types of fabric sent to process house and delivery target date and approved shade matching.

Full responsibilities of gray fabric to dyed fabric to cutting department & co-ordinate to mill & supplier.

Daily stock statement output & Input (fabric) from store to mill & cutting department.
