Some of my major roles and responsibilities as a technical resource were on the physical database design, system architecture, implementation, database tuning, capacity planning, system database backup/recovery strategy, data architecture, high availability design, reporting database design, troubleshooting performance problems via identifying the root cause, creating solution action plans and providing production support. Created and managed oracle Real Application Cluster (RAC) databases 12c.

Managed a host of databases for the OBIM Department of Homeland security transactional databases with sizes of up to 823 Terabytes of data in OLTP environment.
