JOB DESCRIPTION:

Keeps all mall areas clean and sanitize including comfort rooms, lobbies, hallway, glass wall and glass doors, admin offices, facilities such as elevators and escalators. Maintain the security and the quality of the mall properties, report to the Mall Manager all defective facilities or any unusual observation. And the most important perform and provide a good costumer services in any situation in any kind of costumers difficult or with pressure.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with the team to insure the best quality of cleanliness, hygiene of all areas.

Maintain quality of services with passion.

Follow task and orders from Mall Manager.

Provide a good costumer services.

Sweep, mops, vacuum and polish carpets and floors, elevators and escalator properly.

Keeps front of the Hotel and Mall free from trash.

Always look great, presentable and serve with smile.

Clean and sanitize all comfort rooms.

Maintain the supplies of all areas from hand soap, tissues, air refreshener etc.

JOB SUMMARY:

The utility personnel are responsible for cleaning and disinfection patient care units of the dialysis unit.

Maintains a safe, clean and sanitary environment for patients, visitors and members of the patient care team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Cleans and disinfects assigned units in accordance with safe working practices, protocols and procedures, to ensure the environment is clean and safe from disease.

Cleans all surfaces with disinfectant including vents, walls, wheelchairs, beds, windows and some medical equipment

Cleans floors from dry/wet mopping/vaccuming and polishing

Cleans and disinfects patients area on discharge

Spot cleans as required

Transport cleaning supplies on utility cart to work areas

Wipes all surfaces, including ; sink, tubs, toilet, mirrors, furnishings and equipment with disinfectant (uses germicidal agent for all damp/wet procedures)

Replenish supplies

Provides care and maintenance of all equipment utilized, e.g. Carts, machines

Provides specific cleaning duties as required by unit – i.e. Dialysis unit isolation and scope area

Strips beds

Remove waste garbage and sharps from laboratory and other areas

Full cleaning of all areas quarterly, biannually and yearly

Reports malfunctions/concerns to supervisor.

Attend in service when available to ensure safe and capable operation of machines/equipment and personal safety.

Performs other related duties as required
