It is a Banking process named as “ROKA”, also known as “Real-time smart expense management”. Main concept is to get Real time complete control of your company expenses.

ROKA makes a great set of controls which are all REAL-TIME in nature and are available for the Finance teams or departmental heads. Sitting in office you can decide in real-time – who can spend what, where and how. You also have full real-time visibility on spend. You can also disburse cash remotely with a few clicks, sitting in central office, in a few minutes.

“Also worked with USA based Ecommerce website (Vitpro.com) on inventory management & operations projects and helped in various activities”.

Role & Responsibilities:

1.Worked as Assistant customer success lead and provided exceptional customer services with greeting and acknowledging all customers in a friendly, professional manner.

2.Use to interact with client and explain them corporate expense management process of Roka card.

3.Demonstrated knowledge of company's mission, purpose, goals, and the ability to help employees successfully achieve them.

1.Worked as a Customer Support Executive by providing support/assistance to the customers having issues and solve their queries through Calls, Emails and chat.

2.Troubleshoot technical issues submitted by end-users, Providing correct promotional codes and verifying fraud cases of clients account
