Alpla, INC-Raeford, NC

Provides administrative support to the plant manager by preforming a full range of HR and receptionist duties to included but not limited to: • production reporting • order supplies, lunch, uniforms and gifts • work with temp agencies to make sure we have enough coverage • submit weekly timesheets for the hours the temps worked • make sure recruit and staffing needs are meant/up to date • set up pre-employment screenings to include background checks, drug screens and physicals. • maintain personnel files • keep employees records up to date (including HRIS and training records) • process I-9's • process all termination paperwork • update slides for daily meetings using power point • complete end of the month reports using Microsoft office • respond to email's in a timely matter • manage the cleaning crew • Crossed trained for back up for the warehouse planner when needed.
