1- Dividing (Jahra Road Project) To Cost Centers Relating To Material Project Items.

2- Collecting Cost Data For Each Cost Center From the work Site (MRI). 3- Auditing on Cost data Collected From the work Site (MRI). 4- Make Confirmation Between Cost data Collected From the work Site (MRI) with Exit Material from Inventory, Labour Paid From Salary Sheet, Works Carried Out By The Sub-Contractor.

5- Determining the Direct & Indirect Costs For Each Cost Center. 6- Allocating Indirect Costs On Each Cost Center.

7- Make Comparison Between Actual Costs and Standard costs, And Then Make Variance Analysis Report.
