-Maintain and follow all company policies and procedures for group of companies

-Maintain security by following procedures monitoring logbooks ; issuing visitor badges

-Manage and maintain the stationary room

-Ensure that employees complete a stationary request form and is approved by general manager prior to issuing the stationary

-Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions

-Manage the smoke breaks of all staff by ensuring that they complete the smoke register when taking a smoke
