DEVELOPE ECO FRIENDLY FULX HOT DIPPING GALVANAZING PROCESS.

Hot dipping galvanizition process is the process in which zinc coating is done on carbon steel, as its one of the most common practice followed in protection of iron its application is increasing day by day Now to coat a zinc layer on to the substrate help of differrent flux is used for adherence and for viscosity property, commonly used fluxs are zinc chloride and ammonium chloride which emits lots of gases while reaching and further it is also hazardous to human health,so the focus of this project is to develop a new type of eco friendly flux which is ammonia free and does not emit gases which are hazordoes, further various types of potentiodyamic study,polarizations study and salt sprays test will be carriend out and further properties will be compared with conventional fluxes.
