Executive Director, AT&T Cloud, Hosting and Data Center Service January 1989 – March 2012

Launched, developed and led the sales, technical, and marketing organizations for data center, cloud, content, managed hosting, storage, SaaS, and professional services initiating AT&T into new markets. Provided direct and matrixed leadership across the US.. I developed and implemented lifecycle revenue retention, churn analysis, and metric based performance programs adopted throughout AT&T. Liaison for AT&T events, advertising and customer programs. The hosting business grew from one data center to 41 global data centers and $1B business. Specific verticals included: media and entertainment, healthcare, telco and financial. I managed P&L in excess of $450M. Represented AT&T at speaking engagements, golf tournaments, client events, government affairs and President Club events. I created the AT&T Los Angeles Diversity program and led the Women of AT&T organization.
