Integrated Consulting & Inspection 2018-Present

Chief Inspector & Construction Manager

Provide oversight for inspection team and manage day to day issues with contractors as needed. Continue to add insight to track, monitor and ensure a safe and quality end- product for all clients. Ensure all tracking and DOT reporting requirements are fulfilled daily to maintain compliance. I have been asked to assist our client on other projects to alleviate safety concerns, contractor issues, contractual interpretation and to install project management methodologies. Create and develop pipeline routes that are not only safe for the public but are more cost effective for the client. Providing insight to clients on the constructability of all aspects of the proposed routes. Work with land department from acquisition to project closeout, to relieve concerns of multiple landowners due to construction activities. After being a contractor for over 25 years, it has allowed me the ability to avoid a lot of issues from the contractor and it has afforded me a foundation to build a good relationship with our contractors. Having been at all levels of management within our industry, I can associate and communicate with contractors from the field level to their executive team, this has created a huge cost savings for our clients. EMS USA Inc./Tucker Energy Solutions 2016-2018

Director of Operations

EMS USA was purchased and has become Tucker Energy Solutions. The new ownership and executive team contacted me and offered me my old position. My first task is to develop and implement new policies and procedures. The first stage of policies has been in the estimating and project management departments. Our Project management group now has the knowledge and tools to mange the full life cycle of a project. With strong emphasis on understanding the contract from the bidding phase to lessons learned on the closeout phase, we now have a clear and concise procedure to follow. Our estimating department has a new bid template, and we are utilizing new techniques to qualify projects that fit our strengths and capabilities. I help mentor parts of the executive team to better understand that pursuing revenue out of our comfort zone or niche, is not a good idea and will not produce the expected projects results. We will continue to mentor and create the team atmosphere that is imperative to become successful. We are awfully close to having a good team in place and people in the right positions to begin the growth process.

We are currently seeing positive results in our estimating and especially with our project management department; everyone is working together and moving in the same direction. EMS USA Inc. 2015-2016

Director of Operations

Began my time with EMS as a General Manager in Beaumont I was promoted to Director of Operations over the entire company. I was a part of the EMS Executive Leadership Team and our vision was to create a culture we built in Beaumont and instill this throughout the entire company. I was responsible for building & managing our safety, operations, project managers and estimating group while installing processes to ensure we deliver our projects safe on budget and under cost successfully for our clients.

Don Foster

Dayton, TX PH: 936-***-**** Email: admk5c@r.postjobfree.com I was responsible for leading a team in rolling out the EMS, Project Management Methodology: I was responsible for expanding our existing service lines and growing each division to meet EMS Management teams’ goals. Our team has increased EBITDA margins by 7% over 2014 and in this difficult market; we are projecting increased EBITDA margins over 2015. We have improved processes to reduced overhead numbers and increase productivity while continuing to uphold and maintain our exemplary safety culture is a daily focus. MEC Construction/TCB Pipeline LLC (A division of SDI) 2010-2015 VP of Operations/Division Manager

When I first started with SDI, I began rolling out the new Operations & Project Management Methodology to keep pace with the company’s growth requirements. I began receiving calls from previous clients wanting me to do work for them up in the NE part of the country. I approached the SDI ownership regarding these requests and TCB Pipeline was developed. In the short period since we began, we have grown our little company from zero (0) employees to over four hundred (485) as of today. In 2011 our sales volume was over $36 million, with a 29.3% EBITDA. In 2012 our sales volume was $84 million with a 26.5% EBITDA and our 2013 volume was $114 million with a 22.3% EBITDA. After another good year, our 2014 total sales were $138 million with a 21.9% EBITDA. I have taken the approach on this endeavor to not run our company as a main line pipeline company. Keeping this mentality, we have kept our spreads together, relatively small and have become very efficient in what we do as a company. We have had one OSHA recordable in this time; my outlook on safety is led by example; I want each person on our team to go home as they came in that day. I have instilled the TEAM method of management throughout our company, I honestly believe we are in this together, we just have different responsibilities. Starting up this new pipeline company has been an exciting endeavor, being solely responsible for every aspect of the company’s success or failure has been awesome. It has taught me a great deal on how to become and build a successful team and be profitable in an ever- changing industry. We have installed over 750 cumulative miles of 10”-36” pipe in the mountainous terrains of PA, OH, WV, MD, KY and NY. Pipeline Environmental & Compression Industries (PECI) 2008-2010 Director of Operations

I was Responsible for the day-to-day operations and company P&L. Leading & Management all pipeline projects and sub-contractor activities. Prepare cost estimates and schedules for all construction and maintenance projects. I have increased company EBITDA by 9%, in a short period of time, by incorporating a strong Project Management Methodology. Monitoring all aspects of our projects, increasing accountabilities for all employees and creating a safety culture which will continue to reduce our cost from year to year, has been key to our success. I have been flown all over the country to assist our sister company MEC Construction on large comprehensive projects. They would have me set up project specific procedures and tracking programs to ensure accurate field information daily to fulfill our contractual and billing requirements.

We increased our profit margins, reduced our OSHA recordable rate and increased employee morale by introducing new policies and procedures focusing on teamwork.
